Shaun graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with Honors and went to work as a cultural anthropologist for consumer packaged goods companies. In 2005, he joined the family electronics manufacturing business, NEO Tech, and worked to scale the business. As a result of his leadership, the business has grown 40X in that time and has over 3400 employees servicing the aerospace, industrial, and medical device industries.

As NEO Tech moves into a middle market growth phase Shaun allocates a larger portion of his time towards early stage companies. As an investor, board member and mentor, he’s often playing devil’s advocate and challenging executive teams towards brilliant and uncomfortable thinking. He has worked with a number of hardware startups in particular from prototype to crowdfunding, manufacturing, and subsequent stages of financing. In 2015, Shaun spun off Make in LA from the contract manufacturing business to improve learnings and outcomes for hardware startups. He remains an advisor and a board member at NEO Tech.

Rose serves on the Board of Directors of Kara, CAC Foundation and Congress of Neutrals. She is active in the community as a mediator at Contra Costa County Superior Court. Previously, she served as Board Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee of the Child Coordinating Council of San Mateo, and was a Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) volunteer for children in San Francisco. Curtis Feeny has invested in enterprise software, data center systems, wireless infrastructure and Smart Grid technologies. He also has expertise in SaaS, open source, and capital efficient software companies. Curtis has served on 14 boards, both public and private, and has been a managing director at Voyager Capital since 2000, when he opened the Silicon Valley office.

Since 2000, he was on the board of Trammell Crow Company (TCC:NYSE), which was purchased by CB Richard Ellis (CBG:NYSE) in 2006, and has remained on the board since. In 2006, Curtis was also appointed by President George W. Bush to be a Trustee of the Presidio Trust.
Before joining Voyager, Curtis was the first Executive Vice President of the newly formed Stanford Management Company, helping oversee the University’s endowment from 1992 to 2000, when assets under management grew from $1.5 billion to $9 billion.

He was responsible for investing and managing real estate and other asset classes including private equity and venture capital. Before joining Stanford, Curtis was managing partner for Trammell Crow in Seattle, with $700 million of assets under management. Previously, he worked in energy R&D and the semiconductor industry. Matthew was directly responsible for building investment offices in Boston, Silicon Valley, Tel Aviv, and Beijing. He co-managed a $350M portfolio of 70+ companies. Matthew created the investment program in 1997 and established it as one of the premier corporate venture practices in the world. He developed MV’s investment thesis around monetizing both strategic and financial returns. He focused on emerging networks (3G, 4G, Wireline, Cable), new media, mobile devices, Web 2.0, enterprise software, and material science. He was responsible for making investments in successful and innovative companies like E Ink, A123, Coppergate, Airclic, Cedarpoint Communications, Snaptrack, Camero, and Sportvision. Presently, he is Managing Director of DNA Partners, LLC an early stage venture investment firm. DNA invests in Digital Media Distribution companies based in the USA and China. Mr. Jasin spends about 30% of his time in China.

Mr. Jasin served as VP of Corporate Development for SK Telecom in Seoul. At SK Telecom, his mandate was investments in USA and China, including China Unicom equity investment, a business operation of Helio Inc., an MVNO and the venture capital fund of SK Telecom Ventures in Silicon Valley.

Mr. Jasin was the founder and CEO of ICE Wireless, one of the first enterprise SAAS providers of wireless products and intranet services, acquired by Quantumshift, Inc. He was the founder the boutique investment banking firm called Wireless Blueprint, LLC supporting software centric entities in funding and acquisition transactions in Asia and USA. Prior to those activities, he was at Sprint/Nextel as a Director of product and business development, co-architecting strategist between; Nextel-Motorola-Emerging Start-ups, an enterprise based application platform with Nextel’s fortune 50 client-base.

He is founder and chair of a California-centric software developer group called Currency.cx in the trenches cultivating developers since the year 2000. He is a member CTIA’s Wireless Innovation Council and a formal advisor to the U.S. Department of State, APEC Office of Commerce, working on 5G initiatives with China. Mr. Jasin presents and moderates at conferences regularly in the USA and China and has been quoted in Wired, South China Morning Post, Hong Kong Daily, and The Economist.

Ken Kousky is CEO of the MidMichigan Innovation Center, a privately funded, non-profit business incubator assisting entrepreneurs in the creation and expansion of their businesses throughout mid-Michigan. In addition, Ken is also President/CEO of IP3, Inc., an information security consulting firm.

An experienced chief executive and financial economist, Ken is a veteran of the information technology industry. Ken has successfully started three companies and played instrumental roles in two turnarounds and two IPO’s.
In 1988, Ken founded an IT services company, Wave Technologies, and within six years, he guided his vision from the study of his home to a NASDAQ publicly-traded independent technology company where he served as Chairman for five years.

An active investor in start-ups, Ken is a founding member and Executive Director of the BlueWater Angels Investment Network, a Michigan-based funding network that reviews more than 100 potential businesses annually. In addition, Ken has played a key role in the formation and launch of new Angel groups throughout Michigan. Ken also serves on the Public Policy Committee of the Angel Capital Association.

Prior to founding Wave Technologies, Ken established Washington University’s graduate program in Telecommunication Management, and directed the University’s Center for Communications and Networking Management. Both programs were the first of their kind in the U.S. Ken has also taught at Saginaw Valley State University, Washington University where he serves on its Arts and Sciences National Council, and the University of Pennsylvania in its nationally renowned Wharton School of Business.
Currently, Ken chairs the Curriculum Development Task Force for cyber-security curriculum at Central Michigan University.

Ken is a member of IEEE, and has served on NesCom, IEEE’s New Standards oversight board, working to elevate the application of public standard and the role of security at the outset of the standards process. Ken is also a member of ISACA, (ISC)², and the FBI’s Michigan InfraGard, a collaboration for National infrastructure protection.
As an inventor, Ken holds a patent titled “Method for Securing Streaming Multimedia Network Transmissions”, patent number US 8,453,241 B2, issued May 28, 2013.

Craig was previously Director of Business Development for Amphenol Corporation, a $3bn NYSE electronics manufacturing firm and at the time a KKR portfolio company. In this role, he completed 24 acquisitions around the world.

Prior to this, he was General Manager of HomeWorths, a direct marketing business he started for the Wooltru Group, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte & Touche.
